BIG Helpers has been assembling furniture since 2005. Back then, if someone wanted furniture assembled, it was usually performed by the people delivering the items. We were the first business to advertise a 'furniture assembly service' regardless of the store from which the item was purchased. We knew that when IKEA opened, there would be a demand for our services as their furniture is 'DIY'. Fast forward to the present day, in a world littered with AI, bots, random apps, and offsite customer service, BIG Helpers is a real local business with a physical location, dedicated team members, and genuine customer service.
Furniture Assembly Service: $50 an hour, per person (2 hour minimum) $100
$100 an hour, for two people (2 hour minimum) $200
Most furniture can be assembled by one assembler. Two (2) assemblers may be required due to the weight, size, or amount of items in your order.

Bedroom Furniture AssemblyWe provide bedroom furniture assembly for clients on the northside of Chicago, downtown, and the near suburbs. We travel further for larger jobs. We can provide bed assembly, dresser assembly, and assemble nightstands. Let our bedroom furniture installers take exceptional care of you.
Living Room Furniture AssemblyIf you need couch assembly, coffee table assembly, or install entertainment center, we build it all! We do TV stand assembly from a simple floor model to a large wall unit with storage and the TV mounted into the unit.
Wardrobe AssemblyWe are wardrobe installers who can provide wardrobe assembly and mount it to the wall. We have installed hundreds of wardrobes from IKEA, Wayfair, Walmart, Amazon and others. We can install basic, 1-box units to massive wardrobes that are 4-in-1, fused together across an entire wall.
Outdoor Furniture AssemblyWe provide patio set assembly, and all types of outdoor furniture installation. We install trampolines, swimming pool installation, playhouse installation and swing set installers. Additionally, we provide garage cabinet assembly and install ceiling racks for added storage. We provide gazebo installation, pergola installation, and pavilion installation.
Sauna Installation ServicesWe provide sauna assembly and installation for your home or office. We install smaller, single-person saunas up to large units that can seat 4 people. We can provide indoor sauna installation or outdoor sauna installation.
Swing Set Assembly ServicesSwing set assembly and installation services are available for play houses, Swing-sets, pay sets, etc. It's important that you hire a company with years of experience to professional install the set.
