Swing-Set Assembly:
Your children's swing set requires the skill and dedication of installers who specialize in swing set and play set construction. That is exactly the talent Big Helpers will bring to your assembly project.

We have built hundreds of swing-sets from nearly all of the major manufacturers including: Cedar Summit, Backyard Discovery, Rainbow, Swing-N-Slide, Gorilla, Play Star, and many more.

Additionally, we can dismantle and reassemble swing-sets. If you desire to move a swing set from one location to the other, we would appreciate speaking with you and learning more about your project. Thank you so much!

Flat Rate: While the majority of swing sets are quoted at our standard hourly rates, the largest swing sets may take many hours or multiple days to install. In some instances, we may quote a flat rate to install a swing set.

Flat Rate: We will give you a flat price based on the make and model and the price will not change no matter how many hours it takes.

Hourly Rate: $45-$55 per hour per Swing-Set Assembler, with a $180 - $220 minimum Depending on model/complex

*Important recommendations before purchasing a swing-set and our services:

• Pre-measure the area to ensure the swing-set and the required safety clearances are met before purchasing a swing-set.
• Please ensure that the yard is not on a slope/angle or near water. If the yard is not leveled or is on an angle please have the area leveled prior to booking.
• Please cut the grass as low as possible and remove any dog droppings prior to our arrival.
• If you are planning to place wood chips/recycled rubber chips, please wait until after the swing-set is assembled to place on ground.
• Open all boxes to inspect for any damaged items. If any items are damaged and/or missing, please call and order any broken/missing parts before our arrival.
• Please turn off and/or alert our crew when on site of any automatic water sprinklers in the yard.
• Please be aware that all swing-set assemblies are weather sensitive. We will do our best to book your assembly on non-rainy day to avoid cancellations.
• Outdoor Assembly comes with a Fifteen-day warranty if something is loose.

TV Mounting Service:
$2 per inch ($100 minimum)
TV Mounting starts at $2 per inch, per TV. We will connect up to three (3) cords to the TV. We always turn on the TV to ensure the picture and sound works properly. Apps that require personal information (like usernames and passwords) should be set up by the client.

TV External Wire Concealing:
Included with TV Mount Service
External wire concealing is included with the TV mounting service for up to 3 cords. External Wire concealing strip sold separately for $10 a foot.

TV Internal Wire Concealing: $150
‍We provide internal wire concealing complete with Illinois Building and Safety-compliant wire concealment kit which hides up to 4 cords for only $150

TV Dismounting Service: $50-$100 per TV
‍The removal of a TV and mount can range from $50 -$100 depending on the size of the TV and whether TV mounting or another service is added.

Additional Hardware:
Please let us know if you need a TV bracket, external wire concealment strips, an extension cord or any other accessories to complete your home theatre.

Murphy Bed Assembly & Installation:
Starting at $300 (Basic Twin bed size)
In order to provide a quote, we will ask for the make, model, size of the Murphy bed (twin, full, queen, king, California king or bunkbed and if there is any storage (drawers, cabinets, shelves, etc.), all of which affects the price of the installation. Murphy bed installation have to be done correctly or serious harm or even death can occur from Murphy beds not being properly assembled or anchored to the wall

Murphy Bed Repair Services:
‍We can repair Murphy Beds depending on the damage of the item or area. The price of the repair will biased on the issue, condition and size of the murphy bed. We will do everything we can to fix your murphy bed to the safest to our ability.

Important Notes:
‍Your preferred mattress must be on-site. This is to ensure the bed is installed with the proper tension for the mattress you chose. If the mattress is not there, we can perform the installation. However, if we are requested to return for readjustments, a charge of $50 an hour, per person (2 hour minimum) will be assessed for another trip.

A small section of the baseboard may need to be cut and removed as the Murphy bed must be flush to the wall. Most models are designed to accommodate a base board but removing a small piece of the baseboard may be required on some models for an additional charge.

Most projects require only one (1) Handyman. However, two (2) Handymen may be required due to larger/heavy items, size or time-sensitive orders.

$160 an hour, for two (2) installers with a (2 hours minimum $320.00)

Electrical Services:
$125 per hour, per person with a 2 Hour Minimum for ($250 Minimum)

Wall Hanging Services: $50
Most items under 35 lbs. or 4' ft. X 4' ft. can be hung by one (1) picture installer but depending on the size, weight, value or the number of items to be hung, two (2) installers may be necessary.
